Havre Police Department

Lincoln Gregory Yarama of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance and expired vehicle registration during a vehicle stop on First Street at 11:21 a.m. Friday.

A Friday 12:30 p.m. caller in Havre reported someone stole a compound bow from the back of a vehicle.

--

Desiree Small of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on charges of theft and forgery or counterfeit, after a bad check was reported at a First Street business Friday at 2:08 p.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 2:51 p.m. asking to speak with officers about suspicious activity.

--

Officers assisted Montana Highway Patrol Friday at 8:09 p.m. on First Street West.

Warren Paul Small Jr. of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property, after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported a trespasser Friday at 9:30 p.m.

Terrance Lee Gray of Havre, 59, was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and possession of dangerous drugs related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8 a.m. Saturday. Gray was arrested at the police station Sunday at 6:37 a.m.

A Fifth Street caller reported Saturday at 8:33 p.m. a dog was killing a cat.

--

A Sunday 1:24 a.m. caller reported an unclothed man in Lions Park on 16th Avenue.

Lincoln Gregory Yarama of Havre, 21, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station at 8 a.m. Sunday.

Jona Jo Bear of Havre, 33, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served at court Sunday at 1:59 p.m.

Julia Larita-Jo Snow of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of no driver's license, aggravated driving under the influence, careless driving, and no vehicle insurance after a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper reported Sunday at 3:33 p.m. that a vehicle on Third Street had gone off the road and was stuck.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 22, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants after a Sunday 7:34 p.m. caller reported an intoxicated woman was yelling and trying to get into someone's vehicle.

Zoey Grace Theboy of Havre, 20, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer stopped Monday at 2:06 a.m. to investigate suspicious activity on 11th Avenue.

Janel Gardipee of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a Fourth Street caller asked Monday at 2:18 a.m. for assistance with a woman who refused to leave.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 39, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street Southeast made a complaint Saturday at 10:04 p.m.

Aliya Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center at 8:41 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and one 3-week-old kitten, both of unknown gender, six male cats, six female cats and one female 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed dogs, a male 15-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Chihuahua-Pomeranian cross, a male pit bull terrier and one 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Additionally, five 6-week-old Australian shepherd puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a female Australian shepherd dog were being housed off-site.
