A 17-year-old Havre boy was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, assault with bodily fluids and minor in possession and on a state District Court warrant and transported to juvenile detention in Great Falls; and Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of assault, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, no driver's license, failure to carry proof of insurance, criminal child endangerment driving under the influence, DUI, minor in possession and disorderly conduct after a Washington Avenue caller reported people arguing at 2:18 a.m. Sunday.

Nasia Rose Longknife of Havre, 23, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and three other arrests were made but the reports were not finished by this morning, after a Sunday 9:23 p.m. caller asked to speak to an officer in relation to a report of two individuals involved in a theft at a First Street business Friday at 5:26 p.m., and further investigation by officers of the incident at the business at 7:17 p.m. Friday.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at the hospital said at 1:07 a.m. today someone needed a ride home.

Animal Control officers dealt with nine calls about abandoned, loose, nuisance and aggressive dogs over the weekend reporting period.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Clinton Wade Lamere of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served after a 12:54 p.m. Friday transport from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center, and on a Justice or City court warrant at 3:50 p.m. during intake at the detention center.

An arrest was made on a warrant served after a transport from City Court to the detention center Friday at 4:01 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Deputies and officers investigated a Friday 8:57 p.m. call from Rich Street West to 911 in which a man and woman were heard screaming at each other.

A caller at mile marker 91 on U.S. Highway 87 asked deputies Saturday at 3:36 p.m. to check on a man found lying in the ditch.

Leslie Ann Felton of Havre, 50, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant, both served at the detention center Sunday at 5:24 p.m.

Deputies assisted Montana Highway Patrol at a Sunday 10:50 p.m. call on First Street.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one early this morning. The Sunday 4:53 p.m. fall to Third Avenue was accompanying a fire crew on a response to a fire alarm, but no fire was found.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held nine mixed-breed dogs, a male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female dachshund, a male pit bull terrier, five 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies and six 8-week-old mixed breed puppies. Additionally, a male dog of mixed-breeding was being housed off-site.
