A caller on First Avenue reported a theft Monday at 10:59 a.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a man was reported passed out behind a vehicle at Fourth Avenue West and First Street Monday at 12:15 p.m.

Dana Lee Turner of Havre, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served after an Eighth Avenue caller asked at 4:07 p.m. Monday for assistance removing a trespasser and caller back at 5:50 p.m. to report the person had returned.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
A caller reported 4:55 p.m. Monday that people were stuck at Lions Campground in Beaver Creek Park.

Nicholas Clinton Holt of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs after deputies investigated suspicious activity in the Laredo area Monday at 9:56 p.m.
Montana Highway Patrol
Troopers responded to a vehicle crash with an injury in Chinook at Illinois Street and U.S. Highway 2 Monday at 8 p.m. The trooper in charge did not respond by printing deadline to a request for more information.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls in the 24-hour reporting period.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, five male cats, two female 7-month-old kittens and four female cats.

The shelter also held six male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a male pit bull terrier, a 22-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, five 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies and six 7-week-old mixed breed puppies. Additionally, an 11-week-old puppy and a male dog, both of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
