Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at Sixth Avenue and Fifth Street Thursday at 1:17 p.m.

Karin Parker Sunchild of Havre, 54, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants and Joshua Daniel Napoose of Havre, 24, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, operating a vehicle without a valid registration, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on 16th Avenue at 9:57 p.m. Thursday.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
A caller at a First Street establishment reported Thursday at 10:53 p.m. having third-party information about a tail light broken out at a Third Street North establishment.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday and one call this morning, and firefighters responded to a 4:30 p.m. Thursday report of a gas odor on the 1900 Block of Second Street Northwest.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held five male cats, two female 7-month-old kittens and three female cats. Four cats were also being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held six male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier, a 22-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, six 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male rat terrier and a male chihuahua. Additionally, a male dog of mixed-breeding was being housed off-site.
