Havre Police Department

Lincoln Gregory Yarama of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Elias Paul Lamere of Havre, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served in Havre Wednesday at 8:39 a.m.

A vehicle was towed after a caller at Havre-Hill County Library reported Wednesday at 2:03 p.m. that a vehicle that had been left parked in the parking lot had the plates removed.

A caller on Second Street reported Wednesday at 4:54 p.m. that someone had gotten into one of the caller's properties through a back door.

Dustin John Grandchamp of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, no vehicle insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday.

A vehicle crash was reported on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Wednesday at 9:54 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Claitona Leigh Longknife of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on charges of operating a vehicle without valid registration and driving without a driver's license during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four male cats, two female 7-month-old kittens and three female cats. Four cats were also being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held six male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier, two puppies 13 weeks and 8 months old, a 22-week-old Australian shepherd puppy and six 10-week-old puppies. Additionally, five 14-week-old puppies and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
