Havre Police Department

Lincoln Gregory Yarama of Havre, 21, was issued two summonses, each on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation, one reported at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday at the police station and another at 8 p.m.

Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after callers on Second Street reported a woman sitting in the middle of the street at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday.

A 12:02 p.m. Wednesday report at the police station about fraudulent bank charges was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Shawn Joseph Saddler Sr. of Rocky Boy, 56, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a federal warrant, all served on Ninth Avenue Northwest Wednesday at 1:07 p.m.

Used syringes were reported on First Street Northeast Wednesday at 3:54 p.m.

--

Officers investigated a pill found Wednesday at 3:55 p.m. in a hallway at Havre High School.

--

Two callers, one on First Street, reported Wednesday at 7:28 p.m. hearing gun shots that one caller thought came from the area of Second Street and Seventh Avenue.

A Second Street Northeast caller reported Wednesday at 11:56 p.m. that it looked like a trailer was getting broken into.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Eryn Callie Ferguson of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday and on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge related to a drug offense reported at 10:12 p.m. on Second Street West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Wednesday and one call early this morning, and firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue at 5:19 a.m., but no fire was detected and the alarm was reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four male cats, two female 7-month-old kittens and three female cats, and five cats are being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held four male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier, four puppies from 12 weeks to 7 months old and a 21-week-old Australian shepherd puppy. Additionally, three 13-week-old puppies and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
