Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old boy was issue a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a Wilson Avenue caller reported at 6:52 a.m. Thursday that their son was trying to break in a window.

A caller at a First Street West business reported a theft Thursday at 9:55 a.m.

--

Gary Don Story of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence and violation of a no contact order after Probation and Parole requested assistance Thursday at 10:10 a.m.

Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Hingham, 32, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and habitual traffic offender and on 10 Justice or City court warrants during a Thursday 11:13 a.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

A 12:18 p.m. Thursday caller on First Street Northeast reported a license plate was stolen.

Brett Warren Landon of Havre, 56, was issued a summons on a vandalism charge after a broken window was reported on First Avenue West Thursday at 12:42 p.m.

Someone reported Thursday at 2:14 p.m. at the police station that the back window was broken in a vehicle.

--

Someone asked Thursday at 3:38 p.m. to file a theft, forgery or fraud report at the police station.

--

A missing person was reported on Third Avenue at 7:53 p.m. Thursday.

--

Officers made an investigation while assisting with a medical call at 8:20 p.m. Thursday on First Street Northeast.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Havre, 25, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported Thursday at 11:15 p.m. someone on the premises who shouldn't be.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Russell James Houle Jr. of Havre, 43, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Drug Court Thursday at 9:27 a.m.

An arrest was made on a warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 3:46 p.m., but no details on charges were provided.

A dead deer was reported on Third Street North Thursday at 6:11 p.m.

Chalon Michael Kinholt of Havre, 40, was arrested on a probation violation and Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on three Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop at 17th Avenue and First Street Thursday at 10:39 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

The fire department call log was not received by print deadline and no one was available to answer calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven male cats and three female cats, and five cats are being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held two male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier, two mixed-breed puppies ages 7 and 11 months, and 9 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, seven 13-week-old puppies, a female 11-week-old puppy and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
