The H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum Board will meet Monday, Feb. 13, at 6 p.m. in the Board Room of Havre Inn and Suites, 1425 U.S. Highway 2 West.

The meeting agenda is:

7. Committee reports

a. PastPerfect software will be purchased by the Foundation and installed on their computer for digital accessioning of items.

b. The foundation has approved membership in the AASLH.

8. Unfinished business

a. Moving of the stagecoach, surrey and signs.

b. New member recommendations.

9. New business

a. Buffalo Jump hours for next season (tour guide needs)/Volunteers at Museum.

b. Acceptance of 1800’s desk donation, discussion and vote?

The H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum Board will hold its next regular meeting Monday, Mar. 13, in Havre Inn and Suites at 6 p.m. The date and time will stand but the location may be revised.
