Havre Police Department

Lincoln Gregory Yarama of Havre, 21, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation and was arrested on the charge at 9:34 a.m.

A written or verbal warning about an aggressive dog on Washington Avenue was issued Tuesday at 8:49 a.m.

A caller reported Tuesday at 9:05 a.m. that a vehicle had slid into a tree on Third Avenue.

--

Alpheus Edwin The Boy III of Rocky Boy, 35, was arrested on a theft charge after a theft was reported at an 11th Street business Tuesday at 12:01 p.m.

Michael Dess of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants, Ashlynn Roze Denny of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on one Justice or City court warrant and Gregory Scott Henry of Havre, 45, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of failure to carry or produce vehicle insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia, all during a vehicle stop on 10th Street at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Thomas James Jones of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported two men and one woman outside the building asking for money Tuesday at 4:16 p.m.

Vandalism to a truck was reported Tuesday at 4:43 p.m. in Havre.

A summons was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft Tuesday at 5:08 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Tuesday 7:48 p.m. caller on Third Avenue reported at a vehicle almost hit multiple people.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Hays, 30, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a Tuesday 8 p.m. report of a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

Matthew Jared Olson of Havre, 45, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of failure to carry or produce vehicle insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on 13th Avenue Tuesday at 9:17 p.m.

Brianna Jimmi Gardipee of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle with fictitious plates during a vehicle stop at 12:45 a.m. today on First Street.

Animal Control was also responded two calls about stray cats and three calls about loose or nuisance dogs.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday, and firefighters responded to a call on Fourth Street that was related to a fire pit.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, five male cats and two female cats.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed puppies ages 7 to 11 months, three male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-cross, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier and 11 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, seven 11-week-old puppies and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
