Havre Police Department

Jerome Lane Bigknfe of Rocky Boy, 29, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, one state District Court warrant and a charge of shoplifting; Nicholas George Lightfoot of Havre, 29, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, and Chancie Jade Houle of Havre, 31 was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 12:51 p.m. a shoplifter had driven away from the business with items.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on 13th Street Monday at 3:19 p.m.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a pair of sunglasses was reported stolen from a First Street West business Monday at 4:51 p.m.

Warren Paul Small Jr. of Havre, 24, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported stopping a shoplifter Monday at 5:01 p.m.

A 5:08 p.m. Monday caller at Carpenter Park on Fourth Street reported around a dozen women were in a physical fight in the park and responding officers issued verbal or written warnings over the incident.

A black bag of tools was Monday at 5:59 p.m. reported stolen out of a van.

--

A theft was reported on First Street West Monday at 9:53 p.m.

Officers investigated after dispatch reported at 3:11 a.m. today receiving a call from Second Street and hearing a female screaming for help.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An officer with Lebanon, New Hampshire, police department asked Friday at 10:05 a.m. for assistance with an investigation.

Colter Michael Bickford of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a trespass charge after a caller on Butte Road asked Saturday at 10:02 a.m. to speak with deputies about a trespassing issue.

George Theodore Sutherland IV of Rocky Boy, 54, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 3:50 p.m.

A 9:48 p.m. Saturday call about a vehicle in the ditch near U.S. Highway 2 West and Second Street West was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

A report Saturday at 10:14 p.m. of water running into the eastbound lane of U.S. Highway 2 near the Hill and Blaine county line was referred to Montana Department of Transportation.

Deputies assisted with a vehicle reported in the ditch Saturday at 10:46 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 East.

--

A stolen vehicle was reported at 6:43 p.m. Sunday from U.S. Highway 2 Northeast.

--

Vandalism was reported by a Third Avenue East caller in Gildford Monday at 4:13 p.m.

Deputies were asked Monday at 5:50 p.m. to assist someone on 11th Street North.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a domestic disturbance was reported on First Street Southeast in Box Elder at 6:48 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday and three calls early this morning, and firefighters accompanied an ambulance to a vehicle crash on 13th Street West at 3:21 p.m. Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cats of unknown gender, four male cats and three female cats, along with five cats in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed dogs, four mixed-breed puppies of varying ages from 6 to 10 months and 11 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies, and one female pit bull terrier. Additionally, a male mixed-breed dog was being housed off-site.
