Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report of a person being aggressive made at 10:26 a.m. Thursday from a Third Street West apartment complex.

Officers responding to a complaint made at the police department at 11:42 a.m. Thursday arrested Pete Gabriel Longknife on a charge of violation of a no contact order.

Officers issued a summons on a charge of careless driving; failing to drive in a careful and prudent manner, to a 17-year-old after a caller at 12:09 p.m. Thursday from a 17th Street School reported a driver spinning up rocks and breaking a windshield.

After a caller reported from Third Street at 8:04 p.m. Third Street that a person laid hands on a child officers arrested Brin Weston Mack of Havre, 31, on a charge of partner or family member assault.

After receiving a call 9:16 p.m. Thursday from Second Street reporting a juvenile left a note saying they were leaving, officers issued a summons to a 17-year-old on charges of juvenile curfew violation and obstructing a peace officer or public servant.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies served a felony fugitive warrant on Arthur Casioce of Havre, 49, at 1:35 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a report made at 5:52 p.m. Thursday from 405 Road South that someone broke a window trying to break into a building.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four medical calls Thursday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Thursday held three cats all of unknown gender, four male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed dogs, five mixed-breed puppies of varying ages from 21 weeks to 10 months and 11 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, a male dog and a female dog with 10 7-week-old puppies, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
