Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Monday 1:30 p.m. report of a man in a First Street establishment who shouldn't be there drinking.

A theft was reported at First Street business Monday at 3:09 p.m.

Jennifer Jean Longknife of Havre, 31, was arrested on seven Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest when the warrants were served on Second Street West Monday at 3:53 p.m.

A Monday 4:40 p.m. caller on Second Street reported that kids had been left alone.

Harlan Eagleman of Box Elder, 67, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a First Street caller reported Monday at 4:56 p.m. that a man had just left the location.

A 5:34 p.m. Monday caller reported forgetting his change from a purchase at a First Street business and someone stole the money.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gary Don Story of Havre, 33, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Monday at 2:46 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats all of unknown gender, four female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed dogs and five mixed-breed puppies of varying ages from 21 weeks to 10 months. Additionally, a male dog and a female dog with 10 7-week-old puppies, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
