Sections of U.S. Highway 87 closed this morning

Montana Department of Transportation reports sections of U.S. Highway 87 between Big Sandy and Great Falls are closed this morning due to severe driving conditions.

The MDT interactive road conditions map also lists severe driving conditions to just south of Box Elder and scattered snow and ice from Box Elder to Havre.

U.S. 87 is closed from 1 mile north of Big Sandy to Loma, with severe driving conditions listed between Loma and Fort Benton and U.S. 87 closed between Fort Benton and Great Falls.

Montana Highway 233 between Chester and Fort Benton is listed with severe driving conditions.

U.S. Highway 2 from Chester to Chinook is listed as with scattered snow and ice and from Chinook to Harlem with scattered frost and ice.
