Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a sexual or violent offender registry complaint on Seventh Street Friday at 10:53 a.m.

A Friday 2:19 p.m. caller asked for assistance removing a person from their residence.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on Fifth Street at 3:31 p.m. Friday.

--

Gordon Gray of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at an 11th Street West business reported Friday at 11:44 p.m. that a person went into the bathroom had been in the bathroom for a long time and hadn't come out.

Caleb Ian Plante of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on Third Street reported Saturday at 7 a.m. that a person was beating on another person.

--

A water main break was reported by a caller on 13th Street Saturday at 12:37 p.m. and by a second caller at Ninth Avenue and 12th Street at 2:39 p.m.

A shoplifter was reported by a caller at a First Street business Saturday at 4:56 p.m.

--

A First Street Northeast caller reported at 10:14 p.m. Saturday that people keep stealing from her.

Taran Duncan of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving while officers were investigating suspicious activity on Clear Creek Road Sunday at 2:10 a.m.

A summons was issued after a a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show was reported Sunday at 8:20 a.m. at the police station.

--

Jacob Gary Spang of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on charges of robbery and possession of dangerous drugs after a caller at a First Street business reported a combative shoplifter Sunday at 5:38 p.m.

A single vehicle crash in which the airbag deployed was reported on U.S. Highway 2 West at 7:02 p.m. Sunday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Lionel Dean Molina of Hays, 52, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 12:46 p.m.

A 14-year-old from Box Elder was issued a summons on a theft charge after a Saturday 2:42 p.m. report of a theft at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, seven calls Saturday and seven calls Sunday. One ambulance call was in support of a fire alarm on the 600 Block of 16th Street at 9:06 a.m. Saturday. The detector was found to be faulty.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, four female cats, two male 6-month-old kittens and one male cat.

The shelter also held seven mixed-breed puppies of varying ages, a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male Yorkshire terrier and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 10-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and four female 11-week-old mixed breed puppies were being held separately.
