• Horse Barn roof. Stage 1 is almost complete

• Bathrooms. Toilets are ordered for the Bigger Better Barn, architecture and engineering is being worked on for the west bathrooms

• The former office structural work. Completed

• Choose entertainment for 2023 fair.

New business

• Get bids for the completion stage of the Horse Barn roof repair.

• Bids for interior repair in the former office.
