Havre Police Department

A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday.

A Tuesday 12:05 p.m. vehicle crash was reported on First Street West.

A 10th Street caller reported Tuesday at 1:04 p.m. the theft of a wallet with money and benefit cards.

Crystal Debra Cliff was arrested on a charge of theft and on five Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 6:22 p.m.

A 10:47 p.m. Tuesday caller reported that a man hit the hood of the caller’s car.

William David Zink of Spokane, Washington, 44, was arrested on charges of expired vehicle registration, failure to produce proof of insurance, “other-traffic crime” and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue at 12:38 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported an aggressive driver Tuesday at 1:03 p.m.

An injured deer was reported near U.S. Highway 2 West and Fresno Road at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday.

An injured or sick was deer was reported on Bullhook Road at Tuesday at 4:03 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Tuesday and two early this morning. And firefighters accompanied the ambulance crew to a vehicle crash on the 100 Block of First Street West.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three kittens and four cats all of unknown gender, three female cats, four male cats and one female kitten.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed puppies of varying ages, a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 22-week-old border collie puppy, a male Yorkshire terrier and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 10-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered.
