Hill County Sheriff's Office
Neavah Cappo of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served at the sheriff's office Wednesday at 1:02 p.m.

Else Bell of Hays, 19, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a theft was reported Wednesday at 1:06 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call early this morning.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, four male cats, one female kitten and one female cat, as well as five cats being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed puppies of varying ages, a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week-old border collie puppy, a male Yorkshire terrier and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 9-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered.
