Havre Police Department

A stolen wallet was reported Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. on Second Street.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported on Fourth Street at 2:33 p.m. Wednesday.

A 16th Street West caller reported Wednesday at 3:36 p.m. that some items had been stolen.

--

A theft was reported at a First Street business Wednesday at 6:39 p.m.

Jessica Lynn Demarrias of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, both served after a caller on First Avenue reported Wednesday at 7:51 p.m. that a neighbor hand asked her to call law enforcement.

A Wednesday 8:19 p.m. caller reported a pickup truck had hit a deer on U.S. Highway 2 West and the deer was alive in the roadway.

A caller on First Street reported Wednesday at 9:52 p.m. that they had started a vehicle to warm it up and a woman took off in the vehicle.

Amber Rose Kirkaldie of Havre, 39, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a Third Street caller reported someone was pounding on his door at 9:56 p.m.

Mayann Margaret Weaving of Havre, 19, was arrested on a minor in possession charge after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 10:03 p.m. that someone was having medical issues after a fall while avoiding someone trying to stab her.

Chelsey Rae Martinez of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and endangering the welfare of children, and Tonylee Andrew Sears of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller on Smithville Road reported a domestic disturbance at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Dolan Weaver Tuss of Havre, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant served Wednesday at 11:58 a.m. at Havre City-County Airport.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats all of unknown gender, two female kittens, four male cats, one female cat and two male kittens. Two cats were being held separately for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held five mixed-breed puppies of varying ages, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a female 8-month-old Labrador, a male and a female mixed-breed dogs and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 9-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and five 15-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.

A girl was born Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, to Jean Rose and Donald Bear of Havre.

A girl was born Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022, to Chynna Laforge of Hays.
