Area spikers honored with All-Conference, All-State accolades

What a season it was in local high school volleyball on the Hi-Line. It was exciting and a lot of fun. And now, honors teams for most of the area have also been released.

In the District 7C, Chinook's Bree Swanson and Hallie Neibauer, Fort Benton's Emerson Giese, North Star's Rainee Watson, Big Sandy's Angie Sant and Chester-Joplin-Inverness' Haddie Woods were all named Class C All-State, as well as First-Team All-Conference.

The Second Team includes North Star's Katelyn Domire, Fort Benton's Hailee Wang and Kylie Danbrook, CJI's Lily Wickum, Big Sandy's Eva Yeadon and Chinook's Torin Cecile and Mya Berreth.

Highwood's Dave Bahnmiller was named 7C Coach of the Year.

In District 2B, Harlem senior Jessica King was named Second-Team All-Conference.
