Havre Police Department

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash involving a Neon and a truck pulling a trailer was reported on 16th Street Tuesday at 8 a.m.

A Tuesday 8:30 a.m. caller at Havre High School reported a sex offense involving photos.

--

A 15th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 10:29 a.m. parents had been scammed over the phone.

--

Two summonses were issued after a fight was reported at Havre Middle School Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

A possible theft was reported at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday at a Second Street business.

--

An arrest was made after thefts were reported Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. caught on video at a First Street business.

Jesse Lee Eller of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving, after a complaint was made on 11th Street West at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A shoplifter was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 11:44 a.m.

Tuesday at 4:54 p.m., Adult Protective Services reported a rape in the county.

Lucas James Nagel of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 10:27 p.m.

Montana Highway Patrol

Trooper Dan Ohl was called to a vehicle crash reported to the sheriff's office dispatch at 7:54 a.m. Ohl said a 2010 Dodge Ram was travel southbound on Base Road north of Havre in wintry conditions of fog, snowpack and ice. In the low visibility conditions, the 15-year-old female driver didn't see the intersection with Montana Highway 232 in time to stop. The vehicle went off the left side of Base Road, crossed over 232 and came to a stop in the ditch on the southwest side of 232. The driver sustained minor injuries, Ohl said, and was transported by private vehicle to the hospital.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, two female kittens, two male cats, two female cats and one male kitten, along with two cats in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held eight mixed-breed puppies, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male and a female mixed-breed dogs, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 9-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and eight 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
