Samuel Alexander St. Marks of Havre, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at Havre-Hill County Library reported Monday at 10:21 a.m. that a man had been pounding the windows and doors and was sitting on the bench.

A 14th Avenue caller reported his dog was attacked by an unleashed dog Monday at 1:53 p.m.

A Havre caller reported Monday at 2:45 p.m. that an elder was being exploited.

A Second Street caller reported two men who appeared to be ready to fight before one jumped in front of the caller's vehicle and fled eastbound in the alley Monday at 6:10 p.m. Officers searched for, but were unable to locate the men.

A caller at 13th Street and Boulevard Avenue reported that a garage door was open at an empty house Monday at 7:45 p.m.

In addition to the incident above, Animal Control received two reports of loose dogs in the 24-hour reporting period.

Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle at First Street and Fifth Avenue at 2:36 a.m. today.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Deputies issued a written or verbal warning about an aggressive dog reported at 9:04 a.m. Monday outside a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Monday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, two male cats, one female kitten, two female cats and one male kitten, along with two cats in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held seven mixed-breed puppies, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male and a female mixed-breed dogs, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 9-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and eight 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
