Havre Middle School's Sixth Grade Student of the Month for October is Riley Boucher.
Riley's is the son of Ed Boucher and Deanna Olson. He has three siblings, Ethan, Shepherd and Kaitlyn Boucher.
At school, Riley plays the saxophone for the middle school band. Outside of school, he enjoys playing football and basketball. In his free time, Riley likes to spend time with his brothers.
Riley has a positive attitude and shows respect to others around him. He puts forth his best effort in all he does. Riley's willingness to strive for excellence makes him a role model for all students.
Riley's future goal is to be a part of the U.S. Army.
October's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month at HMS is Onika Fangmeier.
Onika's parents are Sheri Williams and Andrew Fangmeier. She has two siblings, Audrina Williams and Theron Williams-Stocker.
At the Middle School, Onika plays the flute in the band. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her mom campaigning. Onika also loves to spend time with her friends, paint and watch movies.
Onika is always upbeat and exceeds expectations. She is a team player who sparks others to follow in a positive direction. Her tremendous work ethic and dependability set great examples for others to follow. Onika shows every aspect of HMS's "Code of Character" in all that she does.
In the future, Onika dreams of being an interior designer and running her own business.
Evan Alisch is HMS's Eighth Grade Student of the Month for October.
Evan's is the son of Lori and Todd Alisch. He has two siblings, Jasper and Marin Alisch.
Evan sings in the HMS choir and participates in golf. Outside of school, he is involved in his church and spends time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. Evan also likes to spend time with his family playing chess, piano and flying RC planes.
At school, Evan is a very responsible student who is always ready to learn. His teachers comment on how kind, polite and respectful he is to everyone. Evan takes pride in his work which leads to high academic achievement. His ethics demonstrate what "Pony Pride" is at Havre Middle School.
In the future Evan wants to attend college, become a church camp counselor and get his pilot's license.
