Havre Police Department

Tera Cherise Moore of Dodson, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Thursday 7:47 a.m. caller at a First Street West business asked officers for assistance.

Officers took a juvenile to the hospital after a caller at Havre High School asked Thursday at 10:54 a.m. for assistance.

A caller at a First Street business asked officers Thursday at 11:38 a.m. for assistance with a drug offense.

--

A hit and run car crash was reported on Third Avenue at 7:48 p.m. Thursday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and one kitten of unknown gender, three male cats, two male kittens, two female kittens and three female cats, along with three cats and two kittens in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held five mixed-breed puppies, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 8-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and eight 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, to Teah Luke and Martin Leland of Havre.
