Elks Lodge blanket drive underway

Havre Elks Lodge is holding their 2022 Blanket Drive for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and organizers are looking for blanket and bedding donations as well as for recipients.

People can sign themselves up, as well as family, friends, of someone else they know is in need of blankets, comforters, quilts, sleeping bags, sheets and such by calling Brandy Kurtz at 406-390-0091.

The first distribution day is Nov. 16 and the second is Dec. 13 at the Havre Elks Lodge Room.

Donations of blankets and other bedding — new and or used — can be dropped off at Western Trailer Sales during normal business hours after Nov. 8. or at the Elks Lodge, 321 Second Ave., 5-8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
