1. Resolution No. 3875- A Resolution Amending the Budget in the General Fund (1000) of the City of Havre, Montana.

2. Approval of the Independence Bank Pledged Securities for the quarter ending Sept. 30. 2022.

3. Approval of October claims and manual warrants.
