Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Tuesday including one accompanying firefighters investigating a gas odor reported on First Street at 1:11 p.m.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, four male cats, two female kittens, three female cats and two male kittens, along with four cats and two kittens in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed puppies, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered, and eight 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
