Havre Police Department

A 14th Street West caller reported Monday at 8:12 a.m. that cellphone accounts had been opened under the caller's name.

Officers were called Monday at 11:41 p.m. to a vehicle crash on First Street West where a man and a woman were also arguing.

A Monday 2:08 p.m. caller reported a vehicle was keyed at a Montana State University-Northern.

--

A beer theft was reported at a First Street West business Monday at 9:07 p.m.

--

A Second Street Northeast caller reported at 12:33 a.m. today that a window had been broken out of a vehicle.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An iPhone with a lavender case was reported stolen from the bathroom of a U.S. Highway 2 West business Monday at 1 p.m.

Joey Ray Azure of Havre, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and six Justice or City court warrants, and Darrin Dean Longfox Jr. of Hays, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, all served at District Court at 2:10 p.m. Monday.

A U.S. Highway 2 Northwest caller asked Monday at 5:49 p.m. to speak with a deputy for assistance.

Charles Gabrielle Plante III of Havre, 21, was arrested two Justice or City court warrants when a deputy investigated suspicious activity at Optimist Park Monday at 10:23 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday, and firefighters reset a fire alarm on the 1300 Block of 13th Street West at 2:07 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, four male cats, two female kittens, three female cats and two male kittens, along with four cats and two kittens in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held six mixed-breed puppies, a male Labrador retriever, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered, and eight 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
