Havre Police Department

A Wednesday 6:27 a.m. caller at an 11th Street West business reported youths caught on video stealing candy.

A summons was issued after a hit and run incident with a pedestrian was reported on Seventh Avenue Wednesday at 8:10 a.m.

A 10:13 a.m. Wednesday caller on First Street reported a purse was stolen from a vehicle.

An officer served a warrant on First Street Wednesday at 1:40 p.m., no details on charges were included in the dispatch log, but Adrian Tyrell Chiefstick, who was named as an involved party was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of failure to appear.

Tracy Nichole Todoroff of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the police station Wednesday at 2:31 p.m.

An arrest was made related to a Wednesday 4:51 p.m. report of a fight in the alley off First Street. No charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Acoya Nathan Gopher, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on an assault charge.

An arrest was made after a Second Street caller reported an assault Wednesday at 5:33 p.m. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Chan Bigknife, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a District Court warrant and a felony charge of partner or family member assault.

An arrest was made after a Wednesday 5:50 p.m. caller reported an intoxicated man walking in and out or traffic on First Street West. No details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on First Street Southeast in Box Elder at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday.

A juvenile status offense was reported by a caller at Box Elder School Wednesday at 1:46 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one kitten and one cat both of unknown gender, five male cats, two female kittens, four female cats and two male kittens, along with three 7-month-old and one 21-week-old kittens in the trap-neuter-release program

The shelter also held five mixed-breed puppies, a male Labrador retriever, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, an 8-month-old puppy and a male dog, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and eight 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
