Havre Police Department

An 8:17 a.m. Friday caller on 11th Street reported witnessing a hit and run crash.

A caller reported a deer with only three legs at Sixth Street and Seventh Avenue Friday at 8:50 a.m.

--

Officer were asked Saturday at 6:43 a.m. to assist with a complaint on Sixth Street.

--

Dave Vaughn of Havre, 72, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after man was reported cussing at a neighbor on 14th Street West Saturday at 10:34 a.m.

Jada Martina Velasquez of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a female shoplifter Saturday at 11:41 a.m.

Dolan Weaver Tuss of Havre, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Sunday at 12:19 a.m. on 12th Avenue.

Clarissa Mae Messerly of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a resisting arrest charge on Ninth Avenue after a noise complaint was reported at 12:25 a.m. Sunday.

A summons was issued related to a bull dog being taken to Havre Animal Shelter Sunday at 10:54 a.m.

--

A vehicle crash was reported Sunday at 2:21 p.m. at a First Street West business.

--

A Sunday 3:22 p.m. caller on Seventh Street reported a vehicle had been vandalized during the night.

--

A possibly abandoned bike was reported Sunday at 4:34 p.m. at Fifth Avenue and 10th Street.

Two arrests were made after suspicious activity was reported on First Street West Sunday at 5 p.m. No details were provided in the dispatch log, but Jalen Jaret Watson and Cali Terese Brien, who were named as involved parties, were listed in this morning's jail roster. Watson was being held on charges of probation violation and possession of dangerous drugs, and Brien was being held charges of obstructing and contempt of court.

A door was reported Sunday at 7:31 p.m. kicked in at a Ninth Street location.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at Box Elder School reported Friday at 9:05 a.m. that a break-in had occurred during the previous night.

Tracy Nichole Todoroff of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a criminal mischief vandalism charge after a complaint was made Sunday at 1:35 p.m. on Fifth Avenue North.

--

A 15-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge called in at 8:19 p.m. Friday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

--

A Fifth Avenue North caller reported Saturday at 12:06 p.m. that a break-in had occurred sometime the previous day.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Friday, one call Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded, with an ambulance accompanying, to report of a gas leak on the 800 Block of Eighth Street Sunday at 5:16 p.m. The source of the leak was a barbecuer and callers were advised to replace the tank.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four male cats, two female kittens and three female cats, along with three 7-month-old kittens in the trap-neuter-release program

The shelter also held three mixed-breed puppies, a male boxer-pit bull cross, a male Labrador retriever, a female male mixed-breed dog, a male terrier-dachshund-cross, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, one male mixed-breed dog was being fostered, and nine 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
