Letter to the Editor - Protect your right to privacy

The right of individual privacy is essential to the well-being of a free society and shall not be infringed without the showing of a compelling state interest, these words are enshrined within the Montana constitution under Article II section 10.

Section 10 of Article II guarantees all Montanans the fundamental right to privacy and has been challenged throughout its inception as all good things are that benefit the public at large.
