Havre Police Department

An iPhone was reported stolen Monday at 9:35 a.m. on 10th Street West.

Kallen Blaine Parisian of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and violation of child restraint, and Brad Lee of Havre, 67, was cited for expired registration after a caller at a First Street West reported children riding in a vehicle without their seat belts on.

A two-vehicle crash reported on Fourth Street at 1:29 p.m. Monday resulted in one person being charged, but no details on charges were provided.

Officers were asked Monday at 4:02 p.m. to perform a welfare check on 16th Street on a patient that had called numerous times, and the person was transport to the hospital.

Tyler Wade Oats of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a disturbance was reported on First Street West Monday at 10:29 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Russell James Houle Jr. of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 8:31 a.m.

A Gildford caller reported Monday at 12:35 p.m. that two saddles had been stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four male cats, four female cats, one male kitten and three female kittens, along with one male cat in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held a male boxer-pit bull cross, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, three mixed-breed puppies, a male terrier-dachshund-cross, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross, a male Siberian husky and a male German shepherd. Additionally, three 17-week-old puppies and one male dog, all of mixed-breed, were being fostered, and nine 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
