A hit and run crash was reported on Third Avenue Thursday at 12:24 p.m.

Officers made an investigation related to a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Thursday at 1:05 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported Thursday at 1:37 p.m. at Fourth Avenue and Ninth Street.

Duane David Bradley of Havre, 32, was arrested on two Justice and City court warrants after a disturbance was reported on Sixth Street at 3:44 p.m. Thursday.

A dog bite was reported by an Eighth Avenue caller Thursday at 5:33 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Leal Eugene Barnett of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on charges of dog running at large in the county and dog tag and collar in county after a dog was reported hit by a car at 7:29 a.m. Thursday on Fifth Avenue North.

Multiple callers reported a woman walking the middle of traffic on U.S. Highway 87 at 5:44 p.m. Thursday.

Brittany Leigh Henderson of Havre, 27, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 5:46 p.m. on U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 14 kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, two male cats, six female cats, one female kitten and two male kittens.

The shelter also held three 14-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a 15-week-old female terrier puppy, one female and two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 22-week-old German shepherd puppy and a male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Additionally, four 15-week-old puppies and one male dog, all of mixed-breed, were being fostered, and nine 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
