Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a vehicle crash reported at a First Street business Monday at 7:28 a.m.

An electric bike was reported Monday at 7:50 a.m. stolen out of a garage on 14th Avenue.

--

Officers assisted with a transport from Havre High School Monday at 9:22 a.m.

--

A Monday 9:51 a.m. caller from Seventh Avenue asked to speak with an officer about a juvenile.

--

Martina Marie James of Havre, 42, was arrested on Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 12:43 p.m.

--

A Sixth Avenue caller reported at 1:22 p.m. Monday that a boy tried to steal a scooter. The caller was able to get the scooter back, but the boy fled the scene.

A caller reported hitting a pillar in a Second Street parking lot Monday at 6:39 p.m.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Fourth Street caller reported Monday at 8:13 p.m. a woman with a warrant on the premises.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Second Street West business Monday at 10:33 a.m.

A Main Street Rudyard caller asked Monday at 9 p.m. for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 14 kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, two male cats, six female cats, one female kitten and two male kittens.

The shelter also held a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy, three female and two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 22-week-old German shepherd puppy and a male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Additionally, two 14-week-old puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered, and nine 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
