City Council approves measures in brief meeting

Havre City Council approved a number of measures at their monthly meeting Monday in on of it’s fastest meetings in recent memory.

Thc council unanimously approved a Montana Coal Endowment Program drawdown, ratified a collective bargaining agreement with the Montana Federation of Public Employees for City of Havre Dispatchers and approval of September claims and warrants.

The meeting lasted less than five minutes and none of the measures garnered public comment or discussion from the council....
