Havre Police Department

Jasmin Rose Laforge of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on 15th Street at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday.

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 10:12 a.m. asking to speak to an officer for assistance.

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Tuesday at 10:29 a.m. at the police station.

A caller with the Child Abuse Hotline called in a report at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers were asked Tuesday at 1:12 p.m. to assist Blaine County law enforcement in locating a stolen vehicle in Havre.

A theft was reported on Second Avenue at 3:07 p.m. Tuesday.

——

A caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. that someone was passed out at the business.

Fish, Wildlife and Parks asked Tuesday at 5:38 p.m. for assistance locating a man near Boulevard Avenue and 16th Street West.

A summons was issued during a Tuesday 6:34 p.m. vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest, but no details were provided on charges.

A porcupine was reported for animal control on Sixth Street at 1:18 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff’s office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to nine calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 11 kittens of unknown gender, four male kittens, two male cats, six female cats and one female kitten.

The shelter also held three 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies, three female and two male mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week-old German shepherd puppy and one female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Additionally, four 13-week-old puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered, and nine 6-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
