A hit and run crash was reported on Second Street Thursday at 9:09 a.m.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served on Second Street Thursday at 12:53 p.m.

A caller reported a vehicle crash in the parking lot of a First Street West business Thursday at 1:21 p.m.

Money was reported at 4:49 a.m. today stolen from a wallet on First Street Northeast.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A burglary was reported at Box Elder School Thursday at 8 a.m.

A Kremlin-area caller asked Thursday at 12:10 p.m. to speak with a deputy about a complaint.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Thursday and firefighters to a report of a gas odor on Second Street at 10:24 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 11 kittens of unknown gender, four male kittens, three male cats, six female cats and one female kitten.

The shelter also held five 17-week-old mixed-breed puppies, three 6-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male pug-Chihuahua cross, a female 21-week-old German shepherd puppy, one 15-week-old mixed-breed puppy, one 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old border collie puppy and two female and two male mixed-breed dogs. Additionally, four 12-week-old puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered, and nine 5-week-old puppies and two female dogs, all mixed-breed, were being held separately.
