Havre Police Department

A caller at the hospital reported Monday at 3:47 p.m. a person had been bitten by an animal.

Tayla Wren Overlie of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and speeding and on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street West Monday at 8:55 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller on 10th Street West reported a woman outside screaming Monday at 11:36 p.m. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Stormy Rae Theboy, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning’s jail roster as being held on two counts of failure to appear.

Warren Paul Small Jr. of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property following a 12:18 a.m. complaint this morning on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A Central Avenue caller in Kremlin asked Monday at 2:39 p.m. for assistance from deputies.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Monday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 11 kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four male kittens, two male cats, five female cats and two female kittens.

The shelter also held four 17-week-old mixed-breed puppies, five 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies, three 5-week-old puppies, two female and one male mixed-breed dogs and a male pug-Chihuahua cross. Additionally, one male mixed-breed dog was being fostered and nine 5-week-old puppies and two female dogs, all mixed-breed, were being held separately.
