Kale VanCampen, Havre High Football

The Havre Blue Ponies got their second win of 2022, and senior quarterback Kale VanCampen had quite the game. On offense, VanCampen threw for over 100 yards and two touchdowns, tossing TD passes of 28 and 3 yards. On defense, he also picked off a pass and returned it 64 yards for a score as Havre blanked Hardin 35-0. VanCampen is also a returning All-State wrestler for the Ponies, who also competes in track and field and American Legion Baseball.

Hailey Gingery. Havre High XC

In what was their only home meet of the 2022 season, the Havre High girls cross country team made the most out of it, including lead runner Hailey Gingery. Gingery finished fourth at the Havre Invite last Saturday at Prairie Farms Golf Course, crossing the finish line in a time of 20:29.26. Gingery is a returning standout runner for the Ponies, who also finished an outstanding sixth at the Hardin Invitational back on Sept. 3 in Hardin.
