Havre Police Department

After receiving a call from a Havre school at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor.

After a call from a residence on First Street Northeast at 7:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers arrested Joshua Daniel Nepoose of Box Elder, 24, on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or public servant.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

At 13:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 10 Block of Second Street, deputies served a restraining order.

Havre Fire Department

Fire department personnel responded to 12 calls Wednesday, one of which was canceled en route, and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 12 kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, one male kitten, two male cats, five female cats and two female kittens.

The shelter also held a male pug-Chihuahua, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler puppy, two male mixed-breed puppies and a male Australian shepherd. Additionally, seven puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered.
