Montana Highway Patrol
A crash with an injury was reported on U.S. Highway 2 West near County Road 710 West at 7:24:08 a.m. Monday, but no one was made available to provide details.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, two calls Saturday, two calls Sunday, five calls Monday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters provided standby on a call Friday at 7 p.m., provided mutual aid to Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department at a haystack fire on Saddle Butte Road Sunday at 3:01 a.m., and responded to a 9:55 a.m. Sunday fire alarm on the 2800 Block of 38th Street Southeast where no fire was found.
Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department
Bear Paw firefighters responded at about 2:30 a.m. to a haystack fire on Saddle Butte Road. The fire was contained to the haystack and Havre Fire, Tom Patrick Construction and Kody Peterson provided mutual aid.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held 12 kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, one male kitten, two male cats, five female cats and two female kittens.

The shelter also held a male pug-Chihuahua, two female mixed-breed dogs, an Australian cattle dog-blue heeler puppy, two male mixed-breed puppies and a male Australian shepherd. Additionally, seven puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered.
