National Alliance on Mental Illness — NAMI — Havre has issued its September newsletter, with hopes that everyone in the area had a good summer and was able to be around family and friends.
The newsletter says NAMI Havre has signup sheets for its classes, so if anyone wants to sign up they can call or stop into the office.
“Our support groups are going on,” the newsletter says, adding that all classes and support groups are free to join.
It says a family and friends class starts Wednesday, Sept. 28, running from 1 to 4 p.m. It is a seminar.
October is when the rest of NAMI Havre’s classes start, the newsletter says.
“If you want to take one or two classes, you can sign up for them now and we can know how many classes we need to do,” it adds.
The NAMI Walk is Sunday, Sept. 18, in Helena.
“Havre will not be walking this year, but we are still taking donations for it so if you want to give you can send it to P.O. Box 786 Havre Mt. 59501 or stop up to the office in the Atrium in suite 408 the top floor and on Facebook,” the newsletter says.
