Havre Police Department

Andrea Rose Medicine Top of Havre, 42, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 3:13 p.m. a trespasser causing a disturbance in the business.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and open container in the city, after a caller on Second Street reported a man urinating next to the caller's property Thursday at 7:25 p.m.

A caller reported two men getting ready to fight in the parking lot of a First Street Northeast business Thursday at 9:17 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violations charge after an officer stopped to investigate a juvenile male at First Street and 14th Avenue at 1:43 a.m. today.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of trespass to property and juvenile curfew violations after a 10th Avenue caller reported at 2:22 a.m. today catching a male climbing through a window.

Angela Jomarie Gonyea of Havre, 28, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported today at 4:33 a.m. people outside the front doors not leaving after being asked to do so.

A Ninth Street caller reported at 5:24 a.m. today that someone had been in the caller's residence and things were missing.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at the post office in Box Elder asked Thursday at 10:23 a.m. to speak with an officer.

A caller on Fifth Street North asked Thursday at 6:36 p.m. to speak with an officer about an auto theft.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers responded at 7:48 p.m. to a vehicle crash with at least one injury on Kline Road in Blaine County. No one was made available to provide further information on the incident.

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and 12 kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, two male kittens and five female cats.

The shelter also held a male border collie, a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male pit bull terrier, a male 10-week-old puppy and a male Australian shepherd. Additionally, seven puppies and one male dog were being fostered.
