Obituary - William Neal 'Bear' Laney

William Neal "Bear" Laney of Rudyard, Montana, 68, passed Thursday, August 18, 2022.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting and pro football.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Clare Angella Laney; his son David Blackhawk (Suzanne) Laney; grandson Donley Neal (Beth) Laney of Great Falls, Montana; grandson Wayne Milton Laney of Rudyard, Montana, and his first great-grandson, Luke William of Great Falls, Montana.

He has one brother, Paul David Laney of Villa Rica, Georgia, and one sister, Florence (Ralph) Bryant of Waco, Georgia. He has numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Estella Joyce Laney; his father, Donley Burke Laney, and his sister Darlene (Tom) Kelly.

There will be no memorial.
