Havre Police Department
Dustin Colt Snow of Billings, 21, was arrested on a trespass to property charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a Monday 6:52 a.m. caller on Third Street reported someone in their home.

Officers were called Monday at 9:03 p.m. to the 200 Block of Fifth Avenue where a pedestrian had been struck by a car. Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said the driver of the vehicle failed to yield to the pedestrian at a crosswalk and struck the person with the driver's side. An ambulance was called to the scene and transported the pedestrian to the hospital, but Matosich said they have no information on the person's condition. The driver was cited for failure to yield and driving without vehicle insurance.

Ariel Micheala Sunchild of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Washington Avenue caller reported at 12:24 a.m. today that a woman was in the caller's yard and on the porch.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Animal Control was called to Second Street West after a caller reported Monday at 8:52 a.m. finding a bat stuck in an office window and needing assistance getting it outside, but the bat freed itself before assistance arrived.

Jalen Jaret Watson of Billings, 20, was arrested on a probation violation charge and three Justice or City court warrants and Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of dangerous drugs and two city court warrants during a vehicle stop at First Street and Ninth Avenue Monday at 6:50 p.m.

Deputies were called at 9:02 p.m. Monday for assistance in the Kremlin area.

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to two calls that required an alarm reset, one Monday at 9:13 a.m. on the 3100 Block of U.S. Highway 2, unknown if this was east or west of Havre, and the other at 4:31 a.m. today on the 10 Block of Third Street West. No one was made available to provide more information.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter Wednesday morning held two 11-week-old kittens, two cats, three 9-week-old kittens, four 10-week-old kittens and one 7-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male 17-week-old kitten, three male cats, five female cats, two male and one female 13-week-old kittens, and a female 20-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a German shepherd dog, a female 24-week-old Labrador retriever, one male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog, a male and a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male pitbull terrier and a male pit bull-border collie cross. Additionally, four male mixed-breed 7-week-old puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a male and female five-week old puppies were being fostered.

A boy was born Saturday, August 13, 2022, to Alissa Morsette and Glen Doney of Rocky Boy.
