Havre Police Department

A jewelry theft was reported Thursday at 8:04 by a Hill Street caller.

A Second Street Northeast caller reported Thursday at 9:08 a.m. that a bike was stolen.

--

An arrest was made after officers were called to assist Probation and Parole Thursday at 1:30 p.m. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Crystal Michelle Blatt, who was named as an involved party, was listed in Friday's jail roster as being held on a charge of violation of a suspended sentence.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported on First Street Thursday at 4:51 p.m.

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the police station Thursday at 7:13 p.m.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 39, was arrest on a Justice or City court warrant and Nichole Marie Swan of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on First Street West Thursday at 8:16 p.m.

Elizabeth Irene Doney of Harlem, 43, was arrested at the police station Friday at 8 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge and two Justice or City court warrants related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

Dolan Weaver Tuss of Havre, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 8:57 a.m. on Spruce Drive.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported at Eighth Street and 14th Avenue Friday at 10:24 a.m.

Callers at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported a juvenile status offense at 7:35 p.m. Friday.

A wallet was reported found in 11th Street West near the S-curve Friday at 7:57 p.m.

--

A deer with a broken leg was reported on Ninth Street West Saturday at 7:15 a.m.

Leah Marie Goggles of Havre, 38, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after reporting a disturbance on First Street Northeast at 1:39 p.m. Saturday and someone stopping at the police station to talk to officers about harassing texts and calls.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 32, was arrested on a trespass to property charge and Larae Ann Sunchild or Havre, 41 was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a trespasser was reported Saturday at 5:20 p.m. at a First Street business.

Gina Kirkpatrick Schmitte of Havre, 51, was issued a summons on a vandalism charge after a caller on Fourth Avenue reported Saturday at 7:54 p.m. that a neighbor was causing issues.

Meea Lee Healy of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and minor in possession and Jared Sage Tincher of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of unlawful transactions with children and on three Justice or City court warrants after a Saturday 10:10 p.m. complaint of a disturbance.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Hays, 39, was arrested on 13 Justice or City court warrants served on First Street Sunday at 3:23 a.m.

A caller on First Street Northeast reported at 9 a.m. Sunday that someone stole her purse and tried to steal her vehicle during the night and damaged the ignition in the process.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported a dying deer in their yard Sunday at 11:32 a.m.

--

Sunday 6:23 p.m., the drive shaft off a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 was reported stolen.

--

A broken window was reported on 12th Avenue Sunday at 6:59 p.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 7:01 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

--

Clifford William Stanley Jr. of Arlington, Washington, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported that a man wouldn't leave.

A shoplifter was reported at a First Street business at 11:06 p.m. Sunday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Friday at 9:48 a.m. for assistance.

--

A caller on Beaver Creek Road reported Friday at 10:13 a.m. that a trailer license plate was stolen.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Saturday at 12:43 p.m. on Fresno Reservoir.

--

Kali Jo Henry of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 2:58 p.m.

--

An animal control-related call from the emergency room was reported Sunday at 11:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday, four calls Friday, three calls Saturday, five calls Sunday at one call early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas odor on the 600 Block of Montana Avenue Thursday at 12:23 p.m., a 7 p.m. Saturday fire call to the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, a 7:04 p.m. Saturday fire call along with an ambulance to the 200 Block of Fifth Street, and a fire call on the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast at 6:02 p.m. Sunday. No one was made available to report on the fire calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Wednesday morning held six 10-week-old kittens, one cat, three 9-week-old kittens and one 7-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male 17-week-old kitten, three male cats, six female cats, two male and one female 13-week-old kittens and a female 20-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a female 24-week-old Labrador retriever, two male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male pit bull-border collie cross, plus a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered and a German shepherd dog, a 6-month-old border collie and a male pit bull terrier were all being held separately.
