3. Resolution No. 3869, first reading — A Resolution Levying And Assessing A Tax On Property Within The City Limits To Defray The Cost Of Maintaining Streets For The City Of Havre, Montana, For The Fiscal Year 2022-2023.

4. Resolution No. 3870, first reading — A Resolution Levying And Assessing A Tax On Property Within The City Limits To Defray The Cost Of Bull Hook Maintenance For The City Of Havre, Montana, For The Fiscal Year 2022- 2023.

5. Resolution No. 3871, first reading — A Resolution Levying And Assessing A Tax To Defray The Cost Of Solid Waste Services For The City Of Havre, Montana, For The Fiscal Year 2022-2023.

6. Adoption of Fiscal Year 2022 Preliminary Budget and setting of budget hearing.
