A 19th Street caller reported Thursday at 12:36 p.m. a teal and purple 26-inch Road Master bike was stolen.

An officer investigated a vehicle crash at Third Avenue West and First Street West Thursday at 1:18 p.m.

A caller with Havre Public Works reported Thursday at 1:18 p.m. that a resident on First Avenue was pumping sewage onto the street.

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on 10th Street Thursday at 3:54 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Thursday at 4:35 p.m., someone from a First Street business had paperwork for a Wednesday shoplifting incident.

Officers assisting with a medical call Thursday at 6:03 p.m. on Third Avenue made an arrest, but no details on the charges were provided.

A 17th Street caller reported that a neighbor backed into the caller’s car Thursday at 6:38 p.m.

Dixie Lynn Hernandez of Havre, 51, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a woman was reported passed out in a bathroom at a First Street West establishment Thursday at 7:22 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A Box Elder caller asked Thursday at 10:14 p.m. to speak with a deputy about an assault.

An assault was reported Thursday 11:11 p.m. caller on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Sunday morning held seven 8-week-old kittens, three 7-week-old kittens and two 5-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six female cats, four male cats, two male and one female 11-week-old kittens and a female 18-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a female 22-week-old Labrador retriever, a male Labrador retriever, three male and a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male pit bull-border collie cross, plus a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered.
