Havre Police Department

Heather Lena Marie Lamere of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a disturbance was reported on Second Street Tuesday at 6:48 a.m.

A 10th Street West resident was given a warning Tuesday at 11:15 a.m. about having chickens.

Charles Glynn Plante of Havre, 44, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported that a man tried to get into a co-worker's vehicle Tuesday at 3:56 p.m.

License plates were reported stolen Tuesday at 4:18 p.m. on 16th Street West.

A Tuesday 7:14 p.m. caller reported vandalism on 10th Street.

Justin Phillip Johnson of Havre, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a 12th Street caller reported a man trying to start a fight Tuesday at 8:56 p.m.

Officers investigated a suspicious 911 call at 1:31 a.m. Wednesday from Second Street in which the caller hung up.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period from Tuesday morning to Wednesday morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held seven 8-week-old kittens, three 6-week-old kittens and three 4-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six female cats, four male cats, two male and one female 10-week-old kittens and a female 17-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a female 21-week-old Labrador retriever, a male Labrador retriever, three male and a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull-border collie cross, plus a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered.
