Havre Police Department

A Sixth Avenue caller reported Monday at 7:57 a.m. that their vehicle and the street had been spray painted.

Dakotarose Corrina Greshock or Havre, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the Probation and Parole Office Monday at 8:22 a.m.

An arrest was made after a trespasser was reported on Ninth Avenue Monday at 10:47 a.m. No charges were listed on the dispatch log, but Brandon Ray Eagleman, who was named as an involved party, was listed in Tuesday morning's jail roster as being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense in the Havre area in response to a Monday 1:14 p.m. report from Child Protective Services.

A house vandalized with spray paint was reported on Ninth Street at 2:50 p.m. Monday.

A three-vehicle crash was reported on First Street Monday at 5:36 p.m.

--

A vehicle side window was reported broken out on Lincoln Avenue Monday at 8:23 p.m.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and careless driving following a complaint from an 8:50 p.m. Monday caller on Fifth Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Michael Paul Russette of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, vandalism and trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant after Rocky Boy Police Department reported a disturbance at a Box Elder establishment at 6:45 p.m. Monday and a second caller reported a trespasser at 9 p.m.

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held three 8-week-old kittens, three 6-week-old kittens, four 7-week-old kittens and three 4-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six female cats, four male cats, two male and one female 10-week-old kittens and a female 17-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a female 21-week-old Labrador retriever, a male Labrador retriever, three male and a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull-border collie cross, and a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered.
