Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 7:31 a.m. to report a sexual offense.

Three bikes were reported stolen from a Second Avenue yard Friday at 12:50 p.m.

--

A deer was reported Friday at 3:04 p.m. hit by a vehicle on 10th Street.

--

A Third Street caller reported at 8:16 p.m. Friday that a family member's vehicle was stolen.

--

Tristen Jace Gone of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller at Second Street and 14th Avenue reported two people fighting Friday at 11:13 p.m.

Chris Robert Otto of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation after person was reported passed out in the Second Street alley at 1:39 a.m. Saturday.

--

A report of a dead deer was at 12th Avenue and Spruce Drive Saturday at 6:34 a.m. was referred to Havre Public Works.

Cordell Kyle Wilson of Cut Bank, 28, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at Fourth Avenue and Fourth Street reported three men trying to get brick out of a wall of a bank Saturday at 9:42 a.m.

A caller at a Fifth Avenue business reported a vehicle struck a concrete barrier at 3:09 p.m.

Kristopher Ray Probert of Havre, 35, was issued a summons on a charge of no vehicle insurance and Justine Philomene Bauer of Lohman, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at 5:25 p.m. Saturday.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 69, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a disturbance was reported Saturday at 9:22 p.m. on Second Street.

--

Officers investigated a disturbance reported Saturday at 9:59 p.m. at a First Street West business.

--

Xavier T. Buffalo of Hays, 18, was arrested on a charge of minor in possession after a 16th Street West caller reported a man passed out on the caller's porch Sunday at 7:14 p.m.

--

A Sunday 8:44 a.m. caller reported a two-vehicle, non-injury crash on Third Avenue.

--

A Third Avenue caller asked Sunday at 11:04 a.m. to speak with an officer about stolen property.

--

An Eighth Street caller reported vandalism to a fence Sunday at 11:29 a.m.

--

Zoey Theboy of Havre, 20, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street business asked Sunday at 2:33 p.m. for assistance removing a woman who had been asked to leave.

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on First Avenue reported a disturbance that possibly involved a gun Sunday at 11:26 p.m.

Dwight Wade Sunchild of Box Elder, 34, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on Third Street reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 1:27 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Friday 9:21 a.m. caller asked deputies to perform a welfare check on someone on 36th Avenue Northeast.

A Fourth Street West caller asked Friday at 4:55 p.m. for assistance on an animal control issue.

--

A 17-year-old from Dodson was issued a summons on a charge of MIP and Cash Ian Robert Kill Eagle of Dodson, 18, was issued a summons on charges of MIP and disorderly conduct after deputies at Great Northern Fairgrounds investigated a juvenile status offense.

A caller on 49th Street West reported a vehicle crash Saturday at 10:18 a.m.

--

Deputies assisted the fire department at 33rd Avenue Northeast Saturday at 10:32 p.m.

--

Deputies investigated a disturbance at the fairgrounds Sunday at 12:24 a.m.

--

Patrick Donald Rogerson of Montana, 47, was arrested in the county on a probation violation charge Sunday at 6:19 p.m.

--

Amanda Jo Picchi of Great Falls, 34, was arrested on an aggravated driving under the influence charge after a caller reported a drunken driver westbound on U.S. Highway 2 east of Havre at 9:06 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, six calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one early Monday morning. A crew also was on standby at the fairgrounds each night during the grand stand events.

Firefighters responded to an oven fire reported Friday at 3:36 p.m. on 12th Street, but the fire was out on arrival.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Thursday morning held three 5-week-old kittens, five 9-week-old kittens, three 6-week-old kittens and three 3-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, one female 13-week-old kitten, six female cats, four male cats, a male 7-month-old kitten and a female 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male Labrador retriever, two male mixed breed dogs, three male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male pit bull-border collie cross. Also, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
